Within 24hrs:
If you just placed the order, contact us and we can sort this out for you.
After 48hrs:
We can no longer cancel your order if your order has already been in transit.
You can refuse the delivery, and once it's returned to the sender, we can process your refund. If no one is home to refuse the package, you can leave a note at your doorstep for the courier.
